Premier Protein is, from a low-carb perspective, one of the good ones, but with a slightly higher calorie count than its peers.Īt 5 total carbs, three of which are fiber, this is only two net carbs with only one sugar. …as long as Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry and sometimes Banana or Caramel constitute variety. Protein shakes come in a variety of flavors, sizes, calorie counts and carb counts.
